/li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pThe expected salary for this position ranges from €45,000 to €65,000 gross per year, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and seniority level. /p pThe contractual level will be defined during the selection process based on the identified profile and in compliance with current regulations and the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry. /p pThe indicated salary refers exclusively to the Gross Annual Salary (RAL). /p pThe overall package may include additional variable components linked to the achievement of specific individual and/or corporate goals, as well as company welfare and benefits.
