Operational Governance Process Excellence /pulliAnalyze and map current operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities. /liliSupport the design and implementation of operational governance frameworks,



promoting the standardization of processes, procedures, and KPIs. /liliMonitor operational performance through dashboards and management reporting. /liliAnalyze performance indicators related to service levels, productivity, profitability, and cost efficiency. /liliSupport vendor governance activities through cost, SLA, and supplier performance analysis. /liliProvide quantitative and qualitative insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ulp2. MA Integration Business Analytics /pulliSupport the COO during operational due diligence activities for mergers and acquisitions. /liliCollect and analyze operational data to identify organizational gaps and potential synergies. /liliMap processes, information systems, and KPIs of acquired entities. /liliContribute to the definition of the Target Operating Model and integration roadmaps. /liliMonitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and implementation progress. /liliPrepare management reports and comparative analyses between the current ('As Is') and future ('To Be') operating models. /li /ulp3. Cross-Functional Projects /pulliParticipate in strategic projects and cross-functional task forces by providing analytical support and project planning. /liliDevelop business cases,



forecasting models, and operational impact assessments. /liliCollaborate with functional leaders to ensure business processes support strategic objectives. /liliPrepare management presentations, including executive summaries, KPI dashboards, Steering Committee materials, and Board reviews. /liliSupport change management and organizational transformation initiatives. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Management Engineering, or a related field. /liliAt least 5 years of experience in Operations, Business Analysis, Consulting, or Process Improvement roles. /liliProven experience managing cross-functional projects. /liliPrevious experience in multinational organizations or consulting firms is considered an advantage. /li /ulh3Technical Skills /h3ulliAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. /liliExperience in developing management dashboards and reporting. /liliStrong analytical and KPI management skills. /liliKnowledge of Process Mapping and Continuous Improvement methodologies. /liliExperience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics/Navision, SAP, or equivalent) is a plus. /li /ulh3Soft Skills /h3ulliStrong analytical thinking. /liliResults-oriented mindset. /liliCritical thinking and problem-solving skills. /liliAttention to detail and accuracy. /liliExcellent organizational skills. /liliStrong communication and interpersonal abilities. /liliAbility to thrive in dynamic and evolving environments. /liliCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions. /li /ulh3Reporting Line /h3pReports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
