Who You Are

The resource will have a hybrid role combining responsibilities in Logistics and Data Center Real Estate with Market Intelligence activities. We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative individual with strong communication and analytical skills. The successful candidate will support market intelligence activities, working closely with colleagues across Research, Brokerage and Data Analytics functions. Curiosity, attention to detail, an interest in Real Estate and technology, and the ability to translate market information into clear and actionable insights are essential characteristics for this role.

Your Activities

- Cross-support all activities of the research team.
- Collecting and analysing property market data through the management of datasets.
- Develop market outputs through the production of market maps, reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to improve data collection, validation and management processes.
- Support the development of automated research workflows and database maintenance activities.
- Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance market research, data intelligence and reporting activities.
