As a Senior Account Executive at Salesforce, you will drive value delivery for the Salesforce Customer 360 platform within the Italian Financial Services market. You will build trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders, shape long-term account strategy, and lead the full sales cycle with cross-functional teams. The role combines strategic territory planning with proactive discovery and closing of new opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and customer success. This is a mission-driven, fast-paced role in a market-leading AI CRM environment.

- Build and nurture stakeholder relationships within assigned accounts in Financial Services
- Define and drive long-term account strategy aligned with customer objectives
- Lead end-to-end sales processes with cross-functional teams (Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners)




- Identify and research territory to create a go-to-market plan and a qualified target account list
- Communicate Salesforce value proposition to existing and potential customers
- Drive growth within current accounts and expand footprint
- Degree or equivalent experience
- 5–10 years technology sales experience, preferably in Software or Business Applications, selling to Financial Services
- Solid forecasting and revenue achievement in the Italian market
- Track record of net new business sales and quota xysqume overachievement
- Experience with inbound and outbound prospecting and closing new business
