It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores. /p h3FINANCIAL CONTROLLER /h3 pAt Diesel Headquarters located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a Financial Controller, to join HQ Finance department, responsible for ensuring accurate Reporting, Budget, Forecasts, business planning processes across the assigned region(s)/offices. /p h3The role’s key responsibilities are: /h3 h3FINANCIAL PLANNING CONTROL /h3 ul liManage monthly closing activities for the assigned areas; /li liPerform in-depth financial and economic analysis of current results, providing insights on future business performance /li liPrepare management Reports for Senior Stakeholders /li liCollaborate cross functionally to ensure cost control of Opex /li liGather business and managerial data to support short, medium and long-term planning. /li liLiaise with Diesel Group regional/offices teams to coordinate financial planning processes and monthly closures, ensuring deadlines are met /li liMonitor and analyze financial statements /li liAnalyze results by business/product category to support Business Partners and Finance Community through variance analysis and actionable recommendations /li /ul h3Main interfaces:
/h3 pYou will be part of Diesel HQ Finance Team, reporting to the Global Financial Controlling Manager and will work closely with: /p ul liRegional Controlling teams at a global level; /li liOperations and Business Controlling departments; /li liGlobal Sales Planning team. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul li3-5 year experience in a similar role, with a particular focus on financial controlling of foreign subsidiaries. /li liDegree in Economics and/or Finance, strong analytical skills and financial acumen. /li liDetermination, flexibility, and strong problem-solving ability /li liFocus on accuracy without losing sight of process efficiency /li liAdvanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling) is a strong plus; solid Excel skills (pivots, macros, etc.) /li liFamiliarity with Hyperion, Board and/or SAP S/4HANA is preferred /li liCuriosity and openness towards AI and automation tools applied to Finance processes (reporting, forecasting, data analysis) is considered a plus. /li liFluent in English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Location: /h3 pBreganze (VI) /p h3Compensation Level: /h3 ul liCCNL Textile Industry,
