ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct legal research on various topics, including contract law, commercial law, data privacy, and regulatory compliance relevant to EME jurisdictions. /li liAssist in the review, drafting, and analysis of commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to customer transactions. /li liSupport the legal team in preparing for negotiations, internal meetings, and external communications. /li liHelp maintain and organize legal documentation, databases, and contract management systems. /li liContribute to the development and implementation of legal guidelines, policies, and training materials. /li liAssist with compliance-related tasks, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations. /li liProvide administrative support to the legal team as needed, including scheduling and document preparation. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or master’s degree program in Law (or equivalent). /li liStrong academic record in legal studies, particularly in commercial law, contract law, or international law.



/li liExcellent legal research and analytical skills. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). /li liFull proficiency in Italian, English and French. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. /li liHigh level of attention to detail and organizational skills. /li liFamiliarity with contract management software or legal databases. /li liKnowledge and some experience in a legal environment (e.g., law firm, corporate legal department). /li liUnderstanding of the telecommunications industry or technology sector. /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 pDemonstrates strong legal research and analytical skills, with proficiency in contract law and regulatory compliance.
