Overview Junior Customer Transformation Consultant - Intern. Contributed to digital transformation projects for key financial services players as part of the fast‐growing Customer Transformation FS team at PwC Customer Advisory.

Responsibilities Coordinate projects with a focus on digital channel innovation and its impact on end customers. Analyze and support the definition of innovative solutions, both custom and market‐ready, for clients.

Qualifications Master's degree (or current enrolment) in economics, management, engineering, or computer science. Fluent in spoken and written English. Ability to devise functional and innovative solutions in complex projects. Passion for digital transformation in the financial services sector. Self‐motivated, goal‐oriented, and ready to take on challenging consulting work. Strong teamwork, communication, and relational skills. Motivation for consulting in complex and demanding environments.
