About the role

GoStudent is looking for an Account Manager to support our operations in the Italian market. You will focus on maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring they receive high quality service through our online tutoring platform.

What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their satisfaction with our tutoring services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families and students in Italy
- Monitor account health and address any concerns regarding the tutoring experience
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide support and resolve issues effectively

Requirements
- Professional proficiency in Italian and English
- Experience in account management xysqume or customer-facing roles
- Ability to work from our office in Milan
- Strong communication and organizational skills
