Deel is seeking a Staff Product Designer to own and scale Deel's design system across web and mobile. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible, consistent experiences and mentor designers to elevate system thinking.

This role offers impact at scale in a fast-growing global SaaS company. As part of the Design System team, you will define architecture for reusable components, drive token automation, and collaborate with engineering to streamline handoffs.
