Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index. You'll use data-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.

Understand

Partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support. Manipulate and analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability, both for your Partners and for Glovo. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet Partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service.

Take full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the App — from store setup to supporting their first days on Glovo — with a focus on operations, marketing, and sales. 2+ years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery industry. Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or is a plus.

Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach based on details. You are a highly organized, proactive individual with strong time management and prioritization skills, eager to engage in both strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive results. Good knowledge of internal tools such as Google suite.

Salesforce is a plus. Native level of Italian is required as well as proficiency in English. Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds,



are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
