ph3Primary Purpose of the Position /h3 pThe Territory Manageris responsible forthe commercial management and development of all accounts within the assigned territory. /p pThe role drives adoption of CardiacOccluders,promotesutilization of IntracardiacEchocardiography(ICE),achievessales objectives, and protects and grows market share. /p pThe position works closely with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, and hospital stakeholders to develop business opportunities, supportprocedures, andoptimizecustomer outcomes. /p pThe Territory Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all commercial and technical activities within the assigned territory. /p h3Key Duties and Responsibilities /h3 h31. Commercial Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage all assigned accounts independently and achievesales objectives. /li liDevelop and execute account plans to grow procedural volumes and market share. /li liLead commercial discussions,tenders, and purchasing processes. /li liDefend Abbott pricing strategy and value proposition. /li liMonitor competitive activities andidentifygrowth opportunities. /li liMaintain a strong understanding of sales performance andanticipateshort-term business results. /li liBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders across accounts. /li liLocal KOLs management coordination /li liDrive adoption and business development of intra-procedural imaging solutions(IntracardiacEchocardiography, ICE)and imaging-guided workflows. /li /ul h32. Technicaland ClinicalResponsibilities /h3 ul liProvide technical support during CardiacOccludersproceduresforleft atrial appendage closure/occlusion /li liSupport procedural planning, casereviewsand clinical discussions. /li liDeliver product,therapy, and imaging education to physicians andcathlab teams.



/li liAct as a clinical and technical resource for imaging applications, withparticularfocus on Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE). /li liSupport pre‑procedural planning and intra‑procedural imaging guidance. /li liCollaborate with Interventional Cardiologists,Electrophysiologistsand Imaging Specialists tooptimizeprocedural workflows. /li liActing as a liaison with all cross‑functional departments within the company (Clinical Studies, Sales, Customer Service, Tender Management, etc.). /li /ul h33. Operational Excellence /h3 ul liMaintain CRM/SFDC data and sales forecasts. /li liManageconsignmentinventory and product availability. /li liReport Product Event Reportsin accordance withcompany policy. /li liEnsure compliance with Abbott quality, legal, and ethical standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications Competencies /h3 ul liUniversity degree in a scientific, biomedical, healthcare,engineeringor technical discipline. /li liSignificant experiencewithin the medical device industry. /li liProven experience supporting Interventional Cardiology procedures and working with InterventionalCardiologists /li liProven experience with CardiacOccludersproceduresforleft atrial appendage closure/occlusion /li liProven experience supporting Interventional Cardiology procedures and working with InterventionalCardiologists. /li liExperience working with Electrophysiologists and electrophysiology programswill be considered a plus /li liExperience supporting Cath Lab and/or Hybrid Operating Room procedures. /li liExperience with cardiac imaging workflows, including pre-procedural planning and intra-procedural imaging. /li liExperience with Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE)will be considered a plus /li liStrong commercial, negotiation,presentationand account management skills. /li liProfessionalproficiencyin English. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
