The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Italy inside sales team. You will generate qualified pipeline for our Account Executive team through structured outbound prospecting, targeting SMBs and multi-location businesses across Jooice and Groow. This is a hunter role: you build pipeline, not manage accounts.
Key Responsibilities // What You Will Do

- Execute structured outbound sequences via Apollo, LinkedIn, and cold calling targeting SMBs with 5–50 locations or €5M+ revenue
- Book qualified discovery meetings (BANT-qualified) for the AE team, your core KPI
- Manage 100+ active prospects in sequence at any time across Jooice and Groow verticals
- Qualify inbound leads and route them correctly within the funnel
- Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot, deal creation, stage updates, activity logging
- Collaborate with the AE on pipeline health and hand-off quality
- Contribute to weekly sales reviews with pipeline data and prospect insights
KPIs

- Primary: Qualified meetings booked per quarter (BANT minimum in HubSpot)
- 1–3 years of outbound B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of hitting meeting-booking quotas
- Fluent in Italian; working English is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales sequencing tools (Apollo, Clay)
- Resilient, self-motivated, comfortable with high-volume outreach
- Interest in AI, SaaS, and digital transformation for SMBs
- Permanent full-time contract.

- Gross salary range 30.000 € - 35.000 € + performance bonus (meetings booked + pipeline ARR created)
