The opportunity to follow your own compass. /p h3The Role: Retail Allocator /h3 pWe are seeking a Retail Allocator to join our HQ Omnichannel Planning Allocation Team in Milan. The candidate will be responsible for the distribution of merchandise in our Retail network, optimizing stock levels across channels supporting product performance and drive commercial success. /p h3Your Impact /h3 pKey Responsibilities: /p ul liExecute daily allocations and replenishments across Retail stores and Local Warehouses based on sales trends, stock levels, and store profiles. /li liMonitor inventory performance and propose actions to optimize sell-through and minimize overstock. /li liCollaborate with Planning, Merchandising and Visual teams to support seasonal strategies and product launches.
/li liAnalyze stores performance and provide insights to improve allocation efficiency. /li liMaintain allocation tools and systems, ensuring data accuracy and process consistency. /li liSupport new store openings and closures with tailored allocation plans. /li liParticipate in cross-functional meetings to align on product flow and inventory strategies. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pRequirements: /p ul liBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Statistic or related field. /li li1/3 years of experience in Retail allocation, ideally within the fashion sector. /li liUnderstanding of retail KPIs and inventory management principles. /li liStrong analytical and numerical skills.
