pul liGruppo multinazionale FMCG /li liSede: Roma (Eur) /li /ul h3Azienda /h3 pIl nostro partner in questo progetto di ricerca è un gruppo multinazionale di produzione alimentare con sede a Roma. /p h3Offerta /h3 pIn this role, the candidate will support and guide the business unit by analyzing key performance drivers, identifying emerging trends, driving financial performance and helping shape actionable strategies to drive business impact. /p h3Activities Responsibilities /h3 ul liActing as the primary business partner for the Head of Finance, influencing strategic decisions and driving business performance through robust financial analysis /li liLeading the bAnnual Plan /b and bforecasting processes /b, ensuring timely and accurate reporting /li liIdentifying opportunities for operational efficiencies, building business cases, and supporting teams in implementing cost‑saving measures and performance KPIs /li liPartnering with the bNew Product Development (NPD) /b team to assess financial viability and ensure alignment with NPD strategies /li liProviding insights into site performance and supporting decision‑making through strong business acumen and stakeholder management /li liTranslating strategic goals into actionable short and long‑term operational plans /li liConducting data analysis to support business performance and presenting findings clearly to key stakeholders /li liEvaluating past investment projects, comparing actuals vs. business case, and recommending corrective actions /li liInfluencing senior stakeholders across functions, fostering a culture of accountability,



performance management, and continuous improvement /li liContributing to the evolution of Finance processes, tools, and reporting capabilities to enhance business partnering effectiveness. /li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 pThe candidate should be analytical, proactive, and business‑oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across functions. /p h3What the candidate will need /h3 ul liMaster's degree in bEconomics /b or bManagement Engineering /b /li li5-6 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FPA or Finance Business Partnering roles within complex multinational or FMCG organizations /li liStrong strategic thinking and business understanding, combined with excellent analytical capabilities, which implies strong understanding of PL management, profitability analysis and business case development /li liHigh attention to detail and excellent organizational skills /li liEffective interpersonal skills and team collaboration mindset, with the ability to influence decision-making at senior leadership level and a proven experience partnering with senior commercial and marketing stakeholders /li liCreative, curious, and innovative approach to problem‑solving /li liFluent in bItalian and English /b (written and spoken) /li /ul h3What the Company offers /h3 ul liA dynamic work environment within a leading company in the industry /li liOpportunities for professional growth and development /li liA collaborative workplace culture with the chance to make a tangible impact /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
