In this role, you will lead a distributed and international team of specialists, ensuring the successful design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Service, Marketing, Sales) and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. bYou will act as a technical and functional leader, bridging business strategy and digital execution /b, while accelerating innovation through the adoption of Microsoft’s latest AI and data platforms. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional,



international chapter of Dynamics 365 analysts, developers, and specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing /li liDrive the end-to-end architecture, design, and evolution of Dynamics 365 (Service, Marketing, Sales) solutions /li liAct as the primary subject matter expert for the entire D365 stack, providing architectural guidance, best practices, and governance across all product teams /li liEnsure alignment between business needs and digital capabilities /li liOversee the full lifecycle of D365 initiatives /li liEstablish and enforce development standards, DevOps practices, and application lifecycle management (ALM) processes to guarantee solution quality, security, and reliability /li liContribute to the integration strategy with other enterprise platforms /li liDrive adoption of Microsoft AI stack including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI and Fabric, within D365 /li liCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, and business stakeholders /li liManage relationships with external partners and vendors /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field /li li5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Service),
