ppRequisition Number: 29338 /p pCompany: Westinghouse Electric Italy SpA /p pLocation: Monfalcone, IT /p h3About The Role /h3 pAs a bProject Production Manager /b you are responsible for coordinating and supervising all production activities related to assigned projects, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards. You will work with Component Delivery Manager, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams to guarantee successful project execution and delivery of components according to the schedule and contractual specifications. /p pYou will report to the Head of Component Delivery Management and be located at Monfalcone, Italy. You will work onsite. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan and monitor project-related production activities, ensuring deadlines are met. /li liManage interfaces between project management, production, engineering, quality, and supply chain. /li liIdentify risks and critical issues, proposing solutions to minimize impacts. /li liLead daily and weekly meetings, tracking project progress, preparing regular reports. /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives, including lessons learned and process optimization within production. /li liEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent) or equivalent experience. /li liMinimum 2 years of experience in production within an industrial environment (Note:



this is an entry-level project management role and not a Manager level position). /li liKnowledge of manufacturing production processes and project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Lean Manufacturing). /li liGood command of English language (B1). /li /ul pWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
