ph3Senior Project Manager /h3 h3/ Milan-based / /h3 h3Requisiti: /h3 pA leading European player in industrial and logistics real estate, currently expanding its presence in the Italian market, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Milan office. /p pThe role reports directly to the Italian Managing Director and carries full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle – from permitting and pre-construction through to final handover. /p pThe ideal candidate has solid experience in the logistics/industrial sector, with both technical and managerial skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with designers, engineers, and architects to define project specifications; /li liManage permitting procedures and ensure all statutory approvals are obtained before project start; /li liSupervise and direct site activities, including contractor coordination and construction progress; /li liPrepare, review, and approve the project schedule covering engineering, procurement, and construction phases; /li liMonitor progress reports, cost control, and site performance, ensuring company KPIs are achieved; /li liEnsure all permits, agreements, and documentation are in place prior to project commencement. /li liOrganize and lead site coordination meetings, issue minutes, and follow up on action items; /li liLead negotiations and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors; /li liOversee the procurement plan, evaluate bids, and ensure cost efficiency; /li liManage contractors and subcontractors according to schedule, budget,
and quality compliance; /li liPrepare regular progress reports and update line management on project status; /li liCoordinate with the Health Safety Coordinator to ensure compliance with legislation and site safety plans; /li liMaintain strong relationships with clients and tenants, ensuring satisfaction and proactive issue resolution; /li liIdentify project risks, handle unforeseen issues, and implement corrective measures when required. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Architecture; /li liMinimum of 5 years’ experience in construction and project management, ideally within the logistics/industrial sector and in international environments; /li liStrong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities; /li liProven skills in project scheduling, cost tracking, and progress reporting; /li liSolid knowledge of Italian urban planning and building regulations; /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and industry-related software; /li liStrong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; /li liAbility to work both independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams; /li liFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); /li liWillingness to travel across Italy as required. /li /ul h3The Offer /h3 ul liA key, decision-making role in the growth and development of the Italian branch of a European market leader; /li liA dynamic, international working environment with an entrepreneurial spirit and concrete opportunities for professional advancement within a rapidly expanding Group; /li liPermanent employment contract with a competitive compensation package, company car, and benefits in line with the seniority of the role. /li /ul pWe will contact all selected candidates. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
