Responsibilities
-
- Manage projects planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
- Be responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
- Handle standardized manufacturing processes and provide guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning.
Qualifications

- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
- Have at least 18 months of experience in Manufacturing, preferably in planning roles.
- Possess good oral and written communication skills.
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be able to work independently.
- Possess good problem‑solving skills.
- Be fluent both in Italian and English (oral and written).

Initial pay range for this position: EUR 38,603.44 to 49,500. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied. xysqume Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
