In this role, you will build and grow strategic partnerships with top restaurant partners to drive mutual growth. You’ll leverage data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to optimize partnerships and maximize impact for both partners and Glovo. You will nurture long-term relationships, understand partner goals, and translate insights into strategic actions and measurable revenue improvements.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners

Provide strategic guidance by understanding partner goals and challenges

Analyze data to drive operational excellence, growth, and profitability

Drive revenue growth through smart promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization





Own partner revenue performance and drive measurable growth

Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to deliver customised solutions

Qualifications

2-3 years in high-performance sales, account management or business consultancy

Experience in FMCG, tech, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery preferred

Bachelor in Business Administration is a plus

Proven track record of exceeding KPIs

Problem-solving with a data-driven, analytical approach

Organized, proactive xkiyazw with strong time management and prioritization

Knowledge of internal tools (Google suite); Salesforce is a plus

Native level of Italian; English proficiency
