Consumer & Market
Analyze consumer, shopper and market trends, channel dynamics and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
Monitor sell-out and consumer data to identify trends and recommend actions.
Support the development and execution of marketing plans together with the European Marketing Manager and Trade Marketing Lead in Italy
Contribute to consumer recruitment initiatives and communication plans across TV, Digital, Brand Activations and PR.
Support budget monitoring and PFME tracking.
Brand & Communication
Collaborate with creative and communication agencies on brand assets and campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and identity.
Support management of selected P&L; areas.
Portfolio & Innovation
Support innovation and renovation projects from concept to launch and post-launch analysis.
Build strong knowledge of the product portfolio,
production processes and factory operations.
Maintain close collaboration with factory teams and international stakeholders to support export and market opportunities.
Sales & Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Trade marketing and Sales teams, contributing to build effective trade stories and commercial initiatives.
Skills & Experience
2–3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably FMCGs.
Strong analytical mindset, curiosity and consumer understanding.
Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Hands-on, proactive and problem-solving attitude
Sense of ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
Resilient, flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities.
Team-oriented, resilient and flexible attitude.
Interest in digital marketing and food trends and consumer culture.
Willingness to travel (approx. xysqume 2 days/month) and work cross-functionally in dynamic contexts
