ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsible for handling company's ongoing projects /li liWork closely with project team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track /li liDevelop a Project Execution Strategy, ensuring resource availability and allocation /li liDevelop a detailed overall project schedule (plan), updating it to reflect progress /li liUse appropriate metrics (including financial) to track project performances /li liCoordinate all activities for the allocated scope including engineering, procurement and logistics /li liManage claims and change orders to/from customers and sub-suppliers during project execution /li liManage the relationship / communication with the client and all stakeholders /li liManagement of risks and opportunities by implementing appropriate action plans /li liCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation according to the company procedure processes /li liReport and elevate to management as needed /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering and/or Business Management or High school graduation /li liAt least 2/3 years of experience in structured manufacturing companies /li liStrong planning, organizing, and priority setting skills /li liStrong in building relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors /li liAbility to relate to client's management,



senior top management and staff /li liExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills /li liAbility to understand ERP implementation /li liProven working experience as a project manager in the industrial sector /li liProject Management Certification (PMI / IPMA) is a plus. /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 pDemonstrates expertise in project management within structured manufacturing environments, focusing on project execution strategy, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
