They will ensure that the products meet customer requirements and adhere to industry standards. The engineer will collaborate with other teams including marketing, sales, and production to ensure that the product meets all designated requirements. /p h3Principal Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and develop new products according to company requirements. /li liCreate test plans and conduct testing of prototype products. /li liEnsure that the products meet all necessary standards and regulations. /li liCollaborate with other teams including marketing, sales, and production. /li liMaintain accurate and detailed records of product development. /li liContinuously test and evaluate products to ensure quality and functionality. /li liIdentify and troubleshoot technical issues in the product development process.



/li liEnsure that all products are launched according to the set timeline. /li liKeep up to date with industry trends and standards to ensure that the products are competitive. /li /ul h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liAt least 5 years’ experience as a product development engineer. /li liExperience working in a team and collaborating across departments. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liGood understanding of the product development process. /li liAbility to create technical drawings and schematics. /li liHigh attention to detail and ability to think critically. /li liExcellent communication and teamwork skills. /li liProficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software. /li liStrong problem-solving skills. /li /ul h3Working Conditions /h3 pThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
