Role Description The Showroom Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan. This position is responsible for welcoming visitors to the showroom, presenting MOSHNEB’s products, and guiding clients through collections, features, and customization options.
The specialist will manage client inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and support the sales process from initial contact through order completion. Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, preparing price quotations, updating client records, and coordinating with the design and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role also involves assisting with showroom events, tracking sales performance,
and sharing client feedback with management to enhance the overall showroom experience.
Qualifications
- Strong luxury furniture showroom experience, including managing displays and supporting a premium in-person client experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present products clearly and confidently to diverse clients.
- Proven customer service skills, focused on building relationships, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Sales skills, including consultative selling, upselling, and closing deals in a luxury or design-focused environment.
- Interest or background in interior design, with the ability to discuss aesthetic concepts and product integration in spaces.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and reliability in managing client information and sales documentation.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or sales tracking tools; experience in luxury goods or design showrooms is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Milan, including occasional evening or weekend hours for events; professional fluency in English and Italian preferred.
