Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Shop Management Intern to join the Retail Department of the BasicNet Group, based in Turin. This role involves working closely with the team to support the supervision and management of a network of stores.

Key Responsabilities

- Analysis of store performance across assigned locations
- Management of stock allocation, orders, and returns within the relevant systems
- Analysis of product performance within stores
- Monitoring and control of merchandise shipments
- Maintenance and improvement of the store management system




- Support to affiliates/stores to enhance sales performance
- Administrative back-office activities
- Management of store-related operations
- Interaction and collaboration with other Retail Department teams: Merchandising, Marketing, and Visual

Knownledge, Skills & Abilities Required

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good familiarity with and aptitude for new technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Dynamics is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of French is a plus
