ppThis role focuses on daily operational user support, workstation management, and first-level infrastructure troubleshooting. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide directUser Support Help Desk(on-site and remote) for routine hardware, software, and connectivity issues. /li liManage, track, and resolve tickets through the company's ticketing platform, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs. /li liPrepare, configure (staging), and deploy new workstations (PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets) and peripherals (printers, scanners). /li liOperating Systems Applications Troubleshooting /li liResolve common issues related to client operating systems (Windows/macOS) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, web browsers, email clients). /li liInstall, update,



and configure standard corporate applications according to company guidelines and procedures. /li liFirst-Level Infrastructure Troubleshooting /li liPerform ERP/SAP administrative tasks such as password resets, user account unlocking, and assignment of standard authorization profiles. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 5/7 years of experience in similar roles /li liKnowledge of SAP ERP will be a plus /li liLocal Infrastructure management, Operating System (OS) Troubleshooting knowledge /li liFluent in English language /li /ul pbLocation: /b San Vito al Tagliamento (PN) /p pbAnnual Based Salary /b: 30.000€ - 35.000€ /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
