Greentalent, a recruitment firm specialized in the search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering, and Environment sectors, on behalf of a major international player in the industrial, medical, and specialty gases sector, is looking for a:

SHEQ Specialist The ideal candidate is a professional with solid experience in health, safety, environment, and quality within industrial contexts. The resource will be responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance and the implementation of management systems for the Italian branch, providing technical and operational support in risk management and permitting processes.

Specifically, the resource will be responsible for:

- Monitoring safety conditions and conducting risk assessments (DVR, DUVRI);
- Implementing and maintaining ISO management systems in an industrial environment;
- Managing the design and maintenance of emergency plans and personal protective equipment;
- Ensuring compliance with European and Italian regulations concerning the production, sale, and distribution of industrial and medical gases;
- Overseeing requirements related to excise duties and customs regulations;
- Managing, on a temporary basis, activities related to logistics and technical support;
- Monitoring regulatory compliance regarding energy procurement.

Requirements:
- Consolidated knowledge of Italian occupational health and safety laws and regulations;
- Operational experience in implementing DVR and DUVRI in industrial or logistics settings;
- Experience in managing ISO systems within an industrial framework;




- Professional proficiency in English, required for interaction with the Group (knowledge of German is considered a plus);
- Excellent knowledge of main IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint,Word);
- Previous experience in the technical gases sector (including ADR regulations) and related supply systems will be considered a significant plus.

The profile is completed by excellent communication skills, operational autonomy, and an approach oriented toward solving complex technical and management issues. Work location : Milan.

The position is offered under a permanent employment contract. The Company reserves the right to determine the appropriate employment grade and classification based on the candidate's professional experience and the responsibilities associated with the role.

The expected starting gross annual salary ranges from €35.000 to €45.000 and will be determined on the basis of objective and non-discriminatory criteria, including professional experience, skills, and the level of responsibility associated with the position.

The role also includes eligibility for a variable incentive scheme, in accordance with the applicable Company and/or Group incentive policy.
