Our AI‑powered cybersecurity platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government entities across energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure. /p h3In this role, you will: /h3 ul liProvide technical support for customers and partners during the presales and sales process. /li liServe as a technical contact for channel partners, assisting with technical requests and pre‑sales support. /li liSupport the Sales and Inside Sales teams by drafting and reviewing RFP responses to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements. /li liDevelop deep knowledge of Nozomi Networks’ products and services to communicate technical solutions effectively. /li liEngage with customers and partners to understand their technical needs and recommend appropriate solutions. /li liCollaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience. /li /ul h3To be successful in this opportunity, you will have: /h3 ul liFluency in English and Italian are required.
