Sustainability, innovation, and customer focus are at the heart of everything we do. /p pWe are currently looking for a bCustomer Service Asset Specialist /b to join our team in bAgrate Brianza (Milan area) /b on a b12-month fixed-term contract /b. /p pIn this role, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience from onboarding and order management through to issue resolution and daily operational support. You will collaborate closely with multiple internal teams and play a vital role in maintaining asset visibility, inventory accuracy, and service excellence. /p pIf you enjoy solving problems, building strong customer relationships, and working in a dynamic international environment, we'd love to hear from you. /p h3Your mission /h3 ul liAct as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests. /li liBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service. /li liSet up and maintain customer data accurately within our systems. /li liMonitor daily warehouse movements and proactively investigate discrepancies. /li liCoordinate inventory checks, including communication, analysis, and follow-up activities. /li liManage quality-related issues and liaise with internal quality teams to ensure timely resolution. /li liPartner closely with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to deliver the best customer experience. /li /ul h3What makes you a strong fit /h3 ul liPrevious experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Order Management, Logistics Administration, or a similar role. /li liStrong customer orientation with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. /li liHighly organized, detail-oriented,
