UniCredit S.p.A. is seeking a Senior Digital Product Specialist for SAP HCM PA/OM to support People & Culture across multiple Italian cities. You will own the SAP HCM PA/OM functionality, manage end-to-end HR interfaces, and ensure compliant, efficient processes in a global landscape.

You will collaborate with SAP Basis, integration teams, and business referents, focusing on GDPR compliance, data quality, and incident resolution. This role requires strong ABAP skills and stakeholder management.
