As Global Category Manager, you shape the strategy and multi-year roadmap for a premier product portfolio across international markets. You’ll lead end-to-end lifecycle management, align cross-functional teams, and translate insights into profitable growth. This role sits at the heart of a dynamic Global Product Management function, influencing regional strategies and driving innovation. You’ll work with R&D;, Marketing, Sales and Operations to deliver impactful, portfolio-driven outcomes that support the company’s growth and competitive positioning. This is a high-impact, international role with exposure to senior leadership and a strong focus on data-driven decisions.

- Define and execute the global category strategy and multi-year product roadmap
- Own and align the global product portfolio with business objectives and brand positioning
- Lead cross-functional product development programs from concept to launch and phase-out
- Identify new business opportunities and innovation platforms to accelerate growth
- Drive the innovation pipeline with business cases and collaboration with R&D;
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle and optimize portfolio performance via data-driven decisions
- Provide strategic guidance to regional teams and ensure global alignment
- Collaborate with Sales,
Marketing and regional teams on go-to-market strategies
- Monitor market dynamics and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Lead cross-functional decision-making across Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Procurement
- Develop robust business cases and portfolio recommendations for senior leadership
- Track performance with KPIs and portfolio reviews and take corrective actions
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative cross-functional culture
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred
- 7+ years in Product or Category Management in an international matrix, with proven cooking appliances experience
- Proven experience defining and xysqume executing global category strategies and managing international product portfolios
- Strong track record leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience managing products across full lifecycle from discovery to end-of-life
- Strong commercial acumen with business case development, pricing and profitability analysis
- Analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate data into decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in international environments
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages a plus
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; BI and product management tools advantageous
- Willingness to travel internationally (~30%)
