Purpose and main priorities of the role: /h3pWithin the Supply Chain organization, the External Warehouse Manager ensures the effective management, performance, and continuous improvement of third-party warehouse operations across Europe. The person will report to the Logistics/Transport Manager and will act as a key interface between Fedrigoni and external logistics partners, driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service reliability in alignment with business objectives. The role will be based in Caponago. /ph32. Your responsibilities will include: /h3ullipCoordinate daily operations and maintain strong relationships with the European external warehouses. /p /lilipAct as the primary point of contact between Fedrigoni and external warehouse providers, ensuring alignment and timely issue resolution. /p /lilipDefine and implement efficient information exchange procedures in collaboration with IT,



ensuring data accuracy and system alignment. /p /lilipDefine, monitor, and report warehouse performance KPIs. /p /lilipPartner with Procurement to embed service levels and KPIs into supplier agreements and contracts. /p /lilipEnsure accurate stock management through regular reconciliation and inventory control processes, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. /p /lilipConduct periodic audits of external warehouses to ensure compliance with Fedrigoni standards in terms of inventory accuracy, quality, service levels, and contractual KPIs. /p /lilipDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse performance, efficiency, and service quality. /p /lilipMonitor logistics costs related to external warehouses. /p /lilipOversee invoice verification, matching, and approval processes to ensure financial accuracy. /p /lilipCollaborate with Procurement on supplier selection, pricing agreements, and contract management. /p /lilipClosely monitor day-to-day warehouse activities and proactively manage exceptions, unforeseen events, and urgent operational needs to ensure business continuity. /p /li /ulh33. Who we are looking for:



/h3ullipBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics will be considered a plus /p /lilipProven experience in warehouse and logistics operations, ideally with third-party providers (3PL) /p /lilipStrong analytical skills with experience in KPI definition and performance monitoring /p /lilipSolid understanding of inventory management and cost control principles /p /lilipExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills /p /lilipExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams /p /lilipProactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement /p /lilipStrong leadership and managerial skills, including the ability to lead teams, delegate responsibilities, and drive performance in a dynamic environment /p /lilipFluent in English /p /li /ulh34.
