adapa Group is seeking an HR Manager Italy, based at our Gambassi plant, to lead HR for Gambassi and Forlì. You will partner with plant leaders, translate global HR strategy into local action, and ensure compliant, high‑performing operations in a manufacturing environment.

You will drive recruitment, talent development, payroll, employee relations, and HR processes, travel between sites, and shape an engaging employee experience in a dynamic, international setting.
