ph3Job Purpose /h3 pMonitor, measure, improve, and govern data quality across critical business domains, ensuring data is accurate, complete, consistent, timely, and fit for business purposes so that reliable, actionable business insights can be generated. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liGather data quality requirements from the business, guiding proposals from idea through stage‑gate approvals up to technical delivery. /li liDefine, monitor, and maintain data quality standards across enterprise data assets. /li liDevelop and implement data quality rules, controls, and validation processes. /li liPerform root cause analysis of data quality issues and coordinate remediation activities. /li liAnalyse data quality impacts on operational and reporting processes, and identify data quality testing needs for new business initiatives. /li liSupport implementation of the enterprise Data Governance Framework and contribute to business glossary, data dictionary, and metadata management. /li liDevelop and maintain data quality dashboards and KPI reporting. /li liSupport data cleansing and enrichment, Master Data Management (MDM), and data migration projects. /li liRecommend improvements to business processes impacting data quality and support data quality governance forums and working groups. /li liSupport compliance with internal data policies, data retention and lifecycle management, and audit activities relating to data governance and quality controls. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3–5 years of experience in Data Quality, Master Data Management, and Data Governance within a large multinational enterprise environment. /li liExperience working within large, multinational enterprise environments.
/li liFluent in English, both oral and written (for technical and non‑technical stakeholders); any additional European language is an advantage. /li liPC skills: advanced proficiency in SQL; hands‑on experience with Data Quality and Data Governance tools; design of data quality rules, dashboards, and KPI reporting. /li liBachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a comparable discipline. /li liStrong analytical and data auditing skills to verify data integrity, understand discrepancies, and resolve them effectively. /li liStrong understanding of database and data model concepts, with the ability to translate business processes into data quality requirements. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. /li liAbility to build collaborative working relationships between the IT department and the broader business. /li /ul h3Visa Requirements /h3 pRight to work in Italy. /p h3Contract /h3 ul liType of contract: Permanent /li liHybrid working model: 2 days per week remotely /li liApplicable Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): “Addetti ai termini delle società di navigazione che esercitano l’armamento privato” – sez. personale di terra /li liGross annual salary (RAL): between €38,000 – €45,000 gross per year, paid over 14 monthly installments /li liMeal vouchers: worth €8 per on‑site working day /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liProductivity award /li liHealth Insurance /li liLearning opportunities /li liFlexible working hours /li liEmployee Assistance Programme /li liDiscounts Partnerships within the MSC group /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
