ppAs part of our growth and organizational development around bmajor industrial building projects /b as a bGeneral Contractor /b, we are seeking a bProject Director /bin bMilan /b. /p pReporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for bleading our EPC projects /bin the bEnergy, High Voltage Substations /b sectors, with full accountability for the project’s technical, financial, and contractual performance. /p pMore specifically, your main responsibilities will include: /p ul libStrategic project management /b: defining objectives (quality, cost, timeline, safety) and implementing management frameworks (quality plans, organization, contracts), /li libTeam coordination and leadership /b: structuring the project team, defining roles and responsibilities, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment, /li libOperational monitoring and reporting /b: overseeing project progress (schedule, budget, risks) in collaboration with the PMO, and feeding into steering committees, /li libEnsuring compliance /b with contractual commitments and regulatory requirements, /li libBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships /b throughout the project and representing the company to external partners,



/li libContributing to the evolution of project management practices /b and supporting internal transformations. /li /ul pWith an electrical, or civil engineering degree, you have at least b10 years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary industrial building projects, ideally /bin bEPC projects /b in the bhigh-voltage (HV) /b or benergy /b sectors. /p pYou are recognized for yourbleadership skills /b and your ability to manage large-scale projects by coordinating diverse specialist teams. You have solid expertise inbanalytical project management /b, risk and opportunity anticipation, and have worked on international projects where you developedbproficiency in Italian and English /b. /p pMainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you arebopen to frequent travel across Italy /b. /p pbReady to take on major technical challenges?
