In practice, the engineer develops and validates process simulations, defines thermal and material balances, and evaluates reaction kinetics and heat transfer mechanisms. They identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, optimize furnace or reactor performance, and enhance product quality.br/ /p h3bKey Accountabilities /b /h3 pbHigh Temperature Technologies – Project Technical Delivery /bbr/- Develop and maintain project schedules and deliverable timelines under the guidance of consultants and engineers.br/- Monitor, analyze, and improve process performance through data-driven evaluation of operational parameters.br/- Implement modifications to equipment, systems, or operating parameters to enhance technical performance and reliability.br/- Prepare high-quality project deliverables, including technical reports, process documentation, and engineering drawings.br/bHigh Temperature Thermodynamics – Research, Analysis Process Optimization /bbr/- Conduct in-depth thermodynamic analyses of high-temperature processes to evaluate efficiency, reaction mechanisms,
and material behavior under extreme conditions.br/- Develop and apply advanced modeling and simulation tools to optimize thermal and energy performance.br/- Collaborate with RD teams to translate thermodynamic insights into practical engineering solutions for industrial applications.br/bPeople Team Collaboration /bbr/- Support internal teams and external consultants with technical input, documentation, and data collection for permit applications and regulatory submissions.br/bQuality, Compliance Continuous Improvement /bbr/- Ensure all assigned activities are executed in full compliance with RINA’s Quality Management System (QMS), policies, and procedures.br/- Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and traceability in project documentation and deliverables.br/- Identify and report potential non-conformities or improvement opportunities within projects and workflows.br/- Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing lessons learned and contributing to the refinement of internal methodologies and tools.br/bReporting Communication /bbr/- Draft and review technical documentation, reports, and correspondence to ensure clarity and completeness.br/#LI-IG1 /p h3bEducation /b /h3 pMaster’s Degree in Energy Engineering or Materials Science /p h3bQualifications /b /h3 p- 0-3 years of experience in energy science, thermodynamic modeling or related RD/industrial activities.br/- Knowledge of energy and thermodynamic modeling,
