In this Field Service Engineer role at Cytiva, you enable life-saving workflows by installing, qualifying, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing complex equipment at customer sites. You will work within the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions - Equipment Services team, supporting customer engagements and promoting service and revenue programs. Your work directly impacts client operations, from initial deployment to ongoing reliability, within a culture focused on continuous improvement and collaboration. This role offers remote work with significant travel, allowing you to shape service delivery across Italy and drive tangible clinical outcomes.

- Install and qualify equipment at customer sites
- Plan and execute service activities
- Perform preventative maintenance and calibration
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Manage stock and work orders
- Participate in sales opportunities and promote revenue programs
- Represent the company to clients
- Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic xysqume or Automation or equivalent field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Very good mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshooting
- Ability to travel 70% (including overnight stays) within territory
