Senior MEMS ASIC Digital Verification Engineer

STMicroelectronics is seeking a Digital Verification engineer for MEMS GROUP, to verify ASIC designs from spec to industrialization. You will work on verification testbenches, components, DSP models, and test cases for simulation across Castelletto (Italy) and Toulouse (France).

The role requires 3–5 years in digital verification, SystemVerilog/UVM proficiency, and scripting knowledge. Collaboration with the MEMS Design team is essential.
