This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and an interest in service performance and financial control. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor service KPIs (e.g., repair times, first-time fix rate, service costs) /li liAnalyze service performance and identify areas for improvement /li liSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for the Service department /li liPrepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders /li liCollaborate with field service teams, call centers,
and external service partners /li liEnsure data accuracy in service management systems /liliAssist in optimizing service processes and workflows /li liSupport procurement and spare parts cost analysis /li /ul h3What you need to succeed /h3 h3Must have /h3 pEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field /p pProfessional experience: 3+ years of experience in controlling, service operations, or similar roles /p pLanguage: Excellent communication skills both in Italian and in English, spoken and written /p pTechnical Soft Skills /p ul liStrong analytical and numerical skills /li liProficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP/BI tools is a plus /li liGood organizational and problem-solving skills /li liAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively /li /ul h3Employment Type: /h3 pPermanent Contract; Full-Time /p h3National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): /h3 pMetalmeccanici Privati /p h3Minimum Gross Annual Salary: /h3 p€ 35.000 /p h3Benefits: /h3 ul liMeal tickets /li liSmart Working /li /ul pThe Company may offer a different compensation package than the one indicated above, based on objective criteria identified during the selection process (such as experience, skills or changes in the scope and responsibilities of the role).
