ph3Group Accounting Policies IFRS Reporting Experienced Specialist /h3pIn this role you will help define and maintain Group accounting policies aligned with IFRS, support IFRS reporting for the Group, and drive continuous improvement in a truly international setting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to interpret new standards and implement policy changes. The position combines technical accounting expertise with analytical thinking and stakeholder collaboration to shape the Group's financial reporting framework. position papers and implementation guidelines /liliSupport IFRS 17 reporting processes and related policies /liliAssist in preparing and reviewing the Group's consolidated IFRS financial statements /liliAnalyze reporting information to ensure consistency and compliance with Group standards /liliEnhance reporting processes, controls, data quality and automation /liliParticipate in cross-functional, international projects with Group Functions and Local BU /liliCollaborate with external auditors and regulators during audits /liliDeliver training on accounting topics within the Group /liliTravel periodic to Generali Group BUs for projects and governance /lili5-7 years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, or technical accounting /liliMaster's degree in relevant fields; additional professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CPA) are a plus /liliExperience in multinational groups, financial institutions, insurers, or listed entities valued /liliPrevious Big Four experience is a strong plus /liliFluent English; Italian is a plus /liliDeep knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles /liliStrong understanding of consolidated financial statements and reporting processes /liliKnowledge of IFRS 17 is a significant plus /liliExperience with accounting policy analysis and interpretation of complex transactions /liliAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting/consolidation systems (Tagetik, SAP or similar) /li /ulpIn this role you will help define and maintain Group accounting policies aligned with IFRS, support IFRS reporting for the Group, and drive ... /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
