ppThe role will support the Dealer Audit organization in bplanning, executing, and reporting audit results associated with dealership warranty activities /b. Audits are primarily conducted to ensure the consistent application of Stellantis warranty policies and procedures while maintaining accuracy and fairness across the dealer network. /p pThe Dealer Auditor will also be responsible for bpreparing and communicating audit-related information /b, such as bnotification letters and specialized reports detailing audit results /b, and in maintaining the audit tools. /p pAdditionally, the Dealer Auditor will maintain oversight of bStellantis’ warranty policies and programs, performing root cause analysis, recommending corrective actions, and identifying opportunities to improve internal and external processes /b and system functionality. /p pThe candidate will be based in Turin , with travel up to 100%, and will report to a Dealer Audit Lead Auditor. /p pCandidates may be requested to assist with other dealer audit activities (e.g. Sales). /p h3BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: /h3 ul liA minimum of 5 years professional working experience in Auditing, Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Project Management, Quality Assurance, or related technical automotive industry experience /li liAutomotive (Technical) – In-depth knowledge of automotive technical information systems and repair/diagnostic procedures. /li liStrong computer skills and highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (O365 / Online Collaboration Version) /li liGeneral understanding of the franchised dealership model /li liQuantitative, analytical,
and detail-oriented /li liPossesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) /li liKnowledge of risk management, control objectives/activities, and automated/manual controls /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in bItalian and English /b /li liFlexible and adaptable to changing business environments and job responsibilities /liliValid driver's license /li liAvailability to travel up to 100% /li /ul h3PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: /h3 ul liPrior bAudit experience /b (financial, compliance, operational, or dealership/franchise) /li liExperience with automotive OEM dealership management systems /li liExperience with highly automated/digital processes; including but not limited to auditing techniques, claims processing, and optical recognition software /li liExperience researching, implementing, or authoring technical requirements, policies/procedures, and other governing documents /li liCertified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, or PMP Certification /li liAdvanced Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related degree /li /ul h3OFFER: /h3 ul libSalary range: from €45.000 to €50.000 /b, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /li liCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
