In this role you build and grow strategic restaurant partnerships for Glovo, acting as a trusted advisor to boost partner success. You use data insights and cross‑functional collaboration to optimise revenue, promotions, and menu performance. You own partner onboarding and drive quick, impact‑oriented growth across marketing, operations, and sales. This is a hands‑on, data‑driven position focused on scaling partnerships and profitability within a global delivery platform.

- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication
- Understand partners' goals to provide strategic guidance and support
- Analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth, and profitability for partners and Glovo




- Drive revenue growth via promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization
- Own partner revenue performance and measurable growth
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to deliver customized solutions
- Lead partner onboarding in the app from setup to initial days with a focus on operations, marketing, and sales
- 2+ years in xysqume high‑performance account management or business consultancy
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering (plus)
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs
- Problem solver with data‑driven analytical approach
- Highly organized, proactive with time management and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite; Salesforce a plus
- Native Italian and proficiency in English
