ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliMonitoring the quality of error reports from the service department, including their systematic evaluation and analysis /liliOversight of the handling of service-related complaints using the 8D methodology /liliTraining service staff on quality-related topics and specific customer requirements /liliProviding operational support to service personnel in managing customer complaints /liliActive involvement in the continuous development of products and the optimization of business processes /liliAssisting in the creation and maintenance of service instructions /li /ulh3Your Qualifications Skills /h3ulliGraduation from a technical high school or a degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable field /liliSeveral years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry /liliKnowledge of quality assurance methods and tools (e.g., 8D, process approval, statistical process control) /liliFamiliarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, the 7 types of waste, PDCA) /liliBasic understanding of risk management (e.g., FMEA) and project management is an advantage /liliProficient in MS Office applications /liliFluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plus /li /ulh3OUR COMMITMENT /h3ulliInnovative work environment in a young,
