Klarna is seeking a Senior Specialist / Project Manager to shape next‐generation consumer credit scoring and portfolio valuation models. You will build real‐time PD models and calibration frameworks supporting underwriting and economic return optimization.

You will lead cross‐functional teams, translate modeling insights into credit policies, mentor junior staff, and explore novel methods including explainability with LLMs to improve model performance and regulatory compliance.
