- Postal Code X Buying: Responsible for procuring goods in the European non-standard industry under the direct mail business. Develop expertise in advantageous product categories and market prices in mainstream non-standard countries in Europe. Establish and optimize the supplier system.

Market Insight: Lead trend analysis in the non-standard industry of cross-border e-commerce. Collect market research and industry information to guide and execute the company's procurement plans and objectives.

Merchant Management: Integrate supplier resources, enhance the product structure based on brand advantages, and improve product competitiveness.

Supply Coordination: Develop procurement and consignment plans, refine procurement processes, control procurement costs, and ensure quality control. Aim to enhance the quality and pricing of apparel products while improving delivery efficiency.

Cost Optimization: Optimize the procurement process and European mainline costs.



Focus on end-to-end cost optimization and profit and loss optimization for GFC and API merchants.

Daily Operations: Manage suppliers on a daily basis, coordinate daily affairs in various warehouses, and address daily quality issues.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree or above; candidates with study/work experience in Europe are preferred. Proficiency in Italian is a plus; Mandarin Chinese and English is a must.

- More than 3 years of experience in non-standard procurement. Preference given to those with experience in self-operated business category procurement and direct mail operation.
- Familiarity with supplier management and its processes, with a significant pool of supplier resources.
- Strong comprehension, effective communication, and reporting skills. Demonstrated ability for communication, coordination, and teamwork across multidimensional tasks.
- Positive, independent, and possesses a strong learning ability and self-driven attitude. Results-oriented with an acknowledgment of company culture. Demonstrates resilience to pressure, good adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
