You will lead buying and assortment strategies, own commercial performance KPIs, and push cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-focused, trend-driven product range. You'll negotiate mutually beneficial agreements and onboard new brands to strengthen the portfolio. This position offers scope to shape buying processes, promote innovation, and contribute to the company's strategic retail growth.
Strategic development of a brand portfolio in collaboration with Planning to extend the product range and mitigate risks. Own commercial performance of a brand portfolio, with KPI accountability in partnership with Merchandise Planning. Ensure a customer-focused, relevant assortment by identifying trends and onboarding new brands, optimizing seasonal opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally and clearly communicate insights to internal teams and external stakeholders. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Management, or related field. Proven experience in buying, merchandising, or a commercial role within fashion, retail, or lifestyle categories.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of commercial impact. Solid understanding of market trends, brands, competitors, and customer needs in Lifestyle or related segments. Data-driven and commercially minded, with ability to make KPI-led decisions.
Confident communicator capable of presenting complex topics and collaborating across teams.
