As FACILITY TECHNICIAN you will be part of the GROUP FACILITY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT. How can you support us? # Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance of building and physical security systems, management of communal and office spaces, hard and soft services to ensure a safe, efficient and comfortable working environment. # Coordinate with external vendors and contractors, managing service level agreements, overseeing onsite repairs, and performing regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards, including health and safety standards. # Support facility-related budgets and procurement, tracking maintenance costs, optimizing resource allocation, and preparing reports on facility performance and expenditure.
# Support project management services for the modification and upgrade of company owned and rented facilities.
Master's Degree in CIVIL/BUILDING ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELD Background: 3 years as a FACILITY MANAGEMENT OFFICER OR PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP within a STRUCTURED FACILITY DEPARTMENT OF A COMPLEX ORGANISATION.
