We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team, deliver excellence, and help establish LASA as a must-visit destination.

The Role As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll ensure smooth service, high standards, and a happy, motivated team. You'll play a key role in shaping LASA's culture and reputation from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure seamless service
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations




- Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly
- Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate service and maintain menu quality
- Drive sales through exceptional service, upselling, and local marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Asian cuisine is an advantage (but not essential)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required
