? We’re hiring: Electrical & Automation Manager

? Location: Gubbio, Italy

⌛ Duration: Long-term assignment, with the possibility of subsequent direct employment by the Client

Scope of work:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Automation Manager to support the operations and technical activities of a major company operating in the cement industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating electrical, instrumentation and industrial automation activities within the plant, ensuring reliability, efficiency and compliance with applicable technical and safety standards.

? Requirements

Education:

Degree or technical diploma in Electrical, Electronic or Automation Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.

Experience:





- Several years of experience in electrical maintenance and industrial automation.
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience in cement plants, heavy industry or continuous-process industrial facilities will be considered a strong advantage.
- Proven experience coordinating contractors, maintenance teams and specialist suppliers.

Languages:

- Good command of Italian.
- Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.

Mobility:

- Availability to work in Gubbio.
