Experteer Italy is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Infrastructure - Messaging & Async Platform. You will design and scale high-throughput async systems that enable cross-service communication across engineering teams, with focus on reliability, performance and observability in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will work with NATS, Kafka, and other pub/sub technologies, contribute to architecture, incidents, and long-term improvements while collaborating across teams.
