Elemental Insights is hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors to assist customers for a leading international tech company based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role offers relocation to Portugal and remote work from within the country, with shifts across Monday–Saturday and two days off weekly.

Candidates must be fluent in Italian with good English, have strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset, and be comfortable learning new systems. Prior CS experience is a plus.
